  • an invitation to download the Communicarda app with QR codes
  • an invitation to download the Communicarda app with QR codes and space for you to enter the Session ID
  • a simple illustrated how-to sheet.

Sample email and messaging invites

If you are running and online event it can be useful (though not necessary) to send a simple invitation to your participants beforehand to give them a moment to download the Communicarda app before the meeting.

The Word doc includes two invites:

  • sample invite for email with Communicarda app text and QR code links
  • an invitation for messaging apps with just Communicarda app text links.
